Experienced Reservationist required
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy Reservations team. We are looking to recruit someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in reservations within a 4/5 star hotel environment
An ability to communicate clearly and accurately in English is essential and knowledge of French or German would be considered an advantage.
Candidates must be able to work as a part of the team in order to achieve budgeted targets however they should also show an ability to take responsibility and show initiative when required.
A confident telephone manner with an ability to explain options and packages clearly to customers is important to ensure our high standards of customer care are met at all times.
You must be computer literate, efficient with emails and previous experience of Protel would be beneficial, although training will be provided.
The position requires shift & weekend work. Only candidates with previous hotel reception & reservation experience need apply for the role.

Junior Sommelier or Wine Waiter/Waitress
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Junior Sommelier or Wine Waiter/Waitress to work in our Sirocco Restaurant, The Wine Cellar and in Banqueting.
To assist our Sommelier with the production of wine lists.
Be responsible for wine service in the dining room in conjunction with another Junior Sommelier.
Order and rotate stock as appropriate.
Be responsible for all glassware on a daily basis.
Maintain standards and interact with guests in a professional and appropriate manner.
Assist in all restaurant duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager, even if not directly related to wines.
A passion for wine and food.
Possessing a desire to progress – there is opportunity to progress for the right candidate.
Experience with fine dining preferable however will accept candidates with no experience that are willing to learn.
Ability to interact well with guests and possessing very good manners.
Good level of English (written and spoken).
Preference will be given to individuals with WSET degrees (or equivalents).
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for energetic Chefs to join our focused team. Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate is preferable. Previous knowledge or experience in Asian cuisine would be an advantage. Strong teamwork skills are needed but an ability to work on own initiative when necessary would be beneficial.
