“Superb Hotel, Excellent Staff, World Class !!”
Simon Calder, The Independent, 7th November 2007

“It was FANTASTIC thank you. Great hotel, lovely spa and delicious food - couldn't have been better. My parents haven't stopped talking about how wonderful it was, so thank you once again for organising such a fabulous trip.”
Lynne Hyland, Sunday Mirror, 20th September 2008

"We've just got back from Jersey and had a lovely weekend. The Royal Yacht really is a great hotel and the spa is one of the most impressive I've been to that is hotel based."
Jai Breitnauer, Brand New You, 8th August 2008

“We thoroughly enjoyed it. Best bits for me were swimming off a yacht in the sea, and my massage: I’ve worked on women’s and health and beauty magazines for about 10 years now, and so have had a few spa treatments in my time, and my massage from Julia was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had.”
Olivia Abbot, Health 24, 26th July 2008

“The room was great, the spa was very relaxing (we took a mud treatment too) and in particular, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, we hadn’t realised that The Royal Yacht seems very much the place to be! Both Friday and Saturday night were very lively. We went over to St Brelades on Saturday and the weather was fantastic too. I'll definitely be going back.”
Lee Mannion, Live Night and Day, The Mail on Sunday, 25th July 2008

"Hotel was great - what lovely people - and ideally placed for seeing the town and escaping to the country."
Claire Bowen, Northern Ireland Homes & Lifestyle, 16th May 2008

"First, thank-you for looking after me so well – I was spoilt rotten in the most charming way. And loved every second of it.
What I loved about the spa – apart from the design, high-end spec, and immaculate surroundings – was the feeling of warmth that enveloped me. I immediately felt at home. The spa is superb, and more than holds its own with others I have visited around the world. So congratulations to all concerned.
And congratulations, too, on excellent, really talented therapists – and the choice of Phytomer as the product house. I loved the hotel, too, and the staff, who were so helpful."
Moira Pauluaz, Health and Beauty Magazine, 24th April 2008

“Everyone was very happy with their hotel rooms and dinner on Saturday night was fantastic! We were blown away by this meal and the staff were really friendly. Those in the group who wanted some night life were pleased that they did not have to leave the hotel to find it.”
Vanessa Ip, McCluskey International, 25th April 2008

“The Royal Yacht was a fantastic hotel; I loved that it was really top level, but without being pretentious or intimidating. The food there was amazing on Saturday night. Breakfasts were also spot on”
Anna Mansell, Swindon Advertiser, 25th April 2008

"The Royal Yacht is the perfect place to bolster a my-body-is-a-temple mentality. Hugely extended and refitted at a cost of many millions to reopen in the summer last year, yet blending inside with the original 1820s hotel- where the Victorian “It Girl” Lillie Langtry held her wedding reception in 1874 – it is a triumph of thoughtful high-design. No necessity or reasonable luxury has been overlooked and Spa Sirène is a fitting monument to the god of pampering."
Jim Soar, The Times, 3rd January 2009

"If you don't show in one of the four bars, three restaurants or the nightclub on a Friday or Saturday you need to get a life. See and be seen. Eat, drink, then groove the night away."
Nuala Harvey, Sunday Times Travel, May 2012

"The staff were kind, courteous and very helpful. As for the hotel itself, the inhouse magazine summed it up perfectly when it suggested that 'it is more than just a hotel' and with four restaurants, several bars, a club and a spa it cannot be accused of leading you on.

It really was the lap of luxury and the same could be said of our room; the Gold Deluxe which was an expansive double room with a view..."
Robin Barker, Gloucestershire Echo, August 2012

With everything under one roof, The Royal Yacht has all the facilities of a top class cosmopolitan hotel, yet all the character of a chic boutique escape. In the heart of St Helier, and in the centre of the action, you won’t want to leave.
