Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment time
to enjoy our spa facilities. Late arrival may shorten your treatment
or we may be unable to honour your appointment. 

Please note that the use of the spa facilities is only available to those booking treatments over £75, hotel residents or spa & gym members.

Robes, slippers and towels will be provided. 

Suitable swimwear must be worn in the pool and thermal areas. 

To ensure relaxation we ask that you kindly keep noise
to a minimum and switch off mobile phones.
