"For the past 10 years i have visited Jersey and this is the first visit to Restaurant Sirocco. The dining room is one of the most organized and managed of any from Hong Kong to New York City. The service was exceptional, courteous and prompt staff and exceptional products from the kitchen. On my return to Jersey next year this will be my destination."

"Again, many thanks for the superb meal last night. Our expectations were very high when we arrived but they were exceeded in every area from the service from Martinho and his team to the food that came from the kitchen. Every course was seasoned to perfection! That comes after eating in three one Michelin starred establishments in the past week, and if I'm honest every course was better than in those restaurants. You should be very proud of yourselves."
