"Another jewel in the gastronomic crown of Jersey. I no longer have to travel to London so frequently to find high quality food. When I first met Fred and asked him where he worked previously, he said "Checkers". When I said Sirocco was a bit of change from the Georgetown supermarket (albeit very nice) coffee shop, he replied "actually, I was working for John Major" - turned out he'd meant Chequers, the Prime Minister's residence! "

Every course was seasoned to perfection! That comes after eating in three one Michelin starred establishments in the past week, and if I'm honest every course was better than in those restaurants. You should be very proud of yourselves."
