Stuck for ideas for the perfect gift?

Why not treat someone to experience the luxurious surroundings of The Royal Yacht Hotel? Treat them to a some pampering in the spa, a meal in one of our restaurants or the indulgence of a short stay with us. All gift vouchers can be collected directly from the hotel or more conveniently, we post the voucher directly to you.

For gift cards to be posted before Christmas, please contact reception directly on 01534 720511 to ensure you receive your card in time.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions of the Hotel Gift Vouchers are as follows:

  1. Valid for 1 year from date of issue.
  2. Gift cards may be used in exchange for accommodation, food and beverages excluding use in the Drift – unless by prior arrangement (at least 24 hours) with management. Gift cards may not be used in Spa Sirène.
  3. Gift cards may be used in exchange for goods and services of a higher value on payment of the difference.
  4. This card cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
  5. No refund or change can be given from this card.
  6. Gift cards must be shown and verified at the point of purchase.
  7. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced and the balance will not be returned.
  8. Defacement of a gift card will render it invalid and the balance will not be returned.
  9. No modifications can be made to the card after the issue date.
  10. The Royal Yacht reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at their discretion.

Terms and conditions of the Spa Gift Vouchers are as follows:

  1. Valid for 1 year from date of issue.
  2. Gift cards may only be used in exchange for treatments or products from Spa Sirène.
  3. Gift cards may be used in exchange for goods and services of a higher value on payment of the difference.
  4. Gift cards can be exchanged for goods of a lower value and the value will remain on the card and must be used within the expiry date.
  5. This card cannot is not redeemable for cash
  6. No refund or change will be given from this card.
  7. Gift cards must be shown and verified at the point of purchase.
  8. Gift cards are subject to verification at the time of presentation
  9. Please treat this card as though it were cash, as the balance will not be returned to you if it is lost or stolen
  10. Any defacement of a gift card will render it invalid.
  11. No modifications can be made to the card after it has been issued.
  12. The Spa Sirène reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions.
