Cocktail Directory

We are proud to be introducing our new cocktail directory for Café Zephyr this month. After weeks of experimentation and scrutiny, we believe we really have come up with the perfect variety of classic cocktails and ‘Royal Yacht’ exclusives. Led by Claudio, all of our bartenders have had an input into the creation of our new cocktails, each of them providing a different take and approach to mixology. As a result, we can boast that the directory offers something for everyone.

Over the last few months, Claudio has been writing a cocktail column in ‘Gallery’ magazine, giving details of all his favourite cocktails. Among his ‘Cocktails of the Month’ have been Fruity Booty, Posh Potion, and Melon and Kiwi Sangria. All with their own distinct flavours, these are simply a delight to drink. Yet, it appears that Claudio has a bit of a sweet tooth; for all those people after something a little less fruity, try the refreshing Caipirinha... or the Daiquiri... or the Mojito...
