Claudio Abreu

Claudio Abreu came to Jersey and took up the role of Restaurant Manager in Café Zephyr at The Royal Yacht in August 2007. In December 2008 he was also made Manager of Restaurant Sirocco.

Before moving to the island, Claudio gained a wealth of experience in his home town of Madeira, working in various positions, from waiter to sommelier to head waiter, suitably preparing him for the diverse role of managing Café Zephyr and, later Restaurant Sirocco. Before embarking on his career at The Royal Yacht, Claudio also studied Restaurant and Bar Management at Instituto Tecnico Profissional Fotepro in Madrid.
