Sandra has been a member of The Royal Yacht team since the revamped hotel opened its doors in July 2007 and is instrumental in ensuring the day to day running of the front of house, ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered and customer’s expectations are exceeded. One of Sandra’s key roles is to maintain the friendly and efficient service culture in which The Royal Yacht has become so highly regarded.
